Included in all bookings with a Non-Refundable rate:
- Cancellation Insurance covers up to €10,000 in travel cancellation fee for 26 guaranteed reasons.
- Includes travel cancellation fees due to a positive COVID-19 test and flight delayed for more than 24h.
- Reimbursement of the first night for the loss of contracted services due to flight delay if the reservation is not canceled, but you cannot enjoy the first night.
The coverage of this insurance begins when the reservation is formalized and prepaid and ends the day of check-in.
The prepaid booking amount will be refunded for justified cancellations through the insurance company ARAG.
The prepaid booking amount cannot be refunded if the reason for cancellation does not appear in the general terms and conditions of the policy.
